Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. The first 30 minutes are open to discuss non-agenda items. Each speaker has 5 minutes.

Regularly scheduled meetings of the City Council are at 6:00 p.m. every first and third Monday of the month unless the first or third Monday of the month is a legal holiday, regular meetings of the Council will be held on the first or third Tuesday.
