Annual Golf Tournament
Friday August 4th will be our Annual Golf Tournament at John Conrad Golf Course in Midwest City! We look forward to a great time with our members and their teams. There are plenty of sponsorship opportunities listed below on the flyer. More details can be found on our website be clicking the link below the flyer. We hope you can make it out and have a fantastic time golfing and cruise right into the weekend!
Title Sponsor - $2,500
Includes one 4-person team (Team Sponsorship). Company name/logo branded recognition on
all print as well as signage placed throughout the course. Includes a Hole Host Sponsorship or a
Hole Sponsorship.
Team Sponsorship - $600
4-player team. Includes: Hole sponsorship, lunch, bag of goodies, 1 raffle ticket per person.
Lunch/Beverage Cart Combo Sponsorship - $700
Company name/logo placed around the lunch area as well as on the two beverage carts that
will be driven around the golf course.
Lunch Sponsorship - $500 (if done separately)
Company name/logo placed around the lunch area.
Beverage Cart Sponsor - $300 (if done separately)
Logo on 2 beverage carts that will be driven around the course during the tournament.
Hole Host Sponsorship - $250
Allows you to have a “site” on a hole to meet & greet with every attendee throughout the
tournament.
Hole Sponsor - $100
Includes a sign with your company name/logo that is placed on a tee box.
